Begin with the matching Hand & Body Wash to cleanse and lightly fragrance the skin. Follow with the matching Hand & Body Lotion to moisturise while building the fragrance base. Once absorbed, apply a small amount of the matching Parfum Oil to pulse points such as the wrists and neck for a more concentrated and longer-lasting fragrance experience. You can also extend your chosen fragrance throughout your home with the matching Room Spray, Reed Diffuser or Fragrance Oil used with a compatible aroma diffuser. Spray two to four pumps into the centre of the room or into open air, as required. Begin with less and add more depending on the room size and your fragrance preference. Take care when spraying near tiled, wooden or other smooth flooring, as overspray may make surfaces slippery and create a slip hazard. Wipe up any residue or spills immediately. Fragrance longevity varies according to room size, ventilation, temperature, airflow, fragrance selection and how often the reeds are rotated. Under normal household conditions, Royal Botanique Reed Diffusers are designed to provide continuous fragrance for several months.

Do not spray directly onto, or allow diffuser liquid to contact, timber, painted surfaces, marble, natural stone, leather, fabrics or other delicate materials. If contact occurs, wipe the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Always place diffusers on a stable, protected surface.

As Royal Botanique products are handcrafted and prepared with care, we aim to dispatch orders within three to four business days. If your order is urgent, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise whether expedited crafting is available. We also recommend selecting the Express Post shipping option at checkout for faster delivery once your order has been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details by email. Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used fragrance, body care or home fragrance products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible - preferably within seven days of delivery - and include your order number and clear photographs where relevant.
