Product Care & Safety
Please read the following information before using your Royal Botanique product.
Patch Test First
As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, please perform a patch test before first use.
Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours. If no irritation or adverse reaction occurs, continue using the product as directed.
Stop using the product immediately if you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling or irritation. If irritation occurs, we recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
Safe Use
Royal Botanique products are for external use only. Do not ingest or swallow any product.
Do not use on the face or other sensitive areas of the body. Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and broken or irritated skin.
If the product enters your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Use products only as directed.
Parfum Oil Care
Our Parfum Oils are highly concentrated and are not diluted with alcohol or ethanol like traditional perfumes.
Apply Parfum Oil carefully and allow it to absorb fully before it comes into contact with clothing, jewellery, handbags, leather, upholstery, timber or other delicate surfaces. Concentrated fragrance oils may stain clothing or damage absorbent materials.
Many Royal Botanique products are packaged in glass bottles. Handle them carefully and avoid dropping or striking them against hard surfaces.
Important Information
Royal Botanique products are developed for everyday personal use.
Every person's skin is different. While our ingredients are carefully formulated, we cannot predict how your skin may respond to any ingredient or formulation, even if you have previously used similar products.
Before using any Royal Botanique product, read the directions, ingredient list and safety information to determine whether the product is suitable for you.
By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you:
- have read and understood the product directions and safety information;
- accept responsibility for using the product as directed;
- will discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Botanique is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or adverse reaction arising from:
- failure to follow the product directions or safety information;
- failure to perform a patch test before first use;
- use on skin with a known allergy or sensitivity;
- application to broken, damaged or irritated skin;
- misuse, improper storage or unauthorised modification of the product;
- contact between fragrance oils and clothing, jewellery, leather, furniture or other materials before the product has fully absorbed.
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
