Are Royal Botanique fragrances inspired by well-known perfumes?

Yes. Our fragrance collection is inspired by well-known fragrance profiles, offering a familiar scent experience through beautifully crafted Parfum Oils and luxurious body care products.

Royal Botanique is an independent Australian brand. References to other brands or fragrances are used only to describe scent inspiration; Royal Botanique is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by or associated with any designer fragrance house.

What makes Parfum Oil different from perfume?

Unlike traditional perfume, which is commonly diluted with alcohol or ethanol, our Parfum Oils are highly concentrated and use an oil base that sits closer to the skin.

Because they do not rely on fast-evaporating alcohol, our Parfum Oils generally provide longer-lasting, richer and more intimate, skin-close wear than standard alcohol-based perfumes.

How long do your Parfum Oils last?

Longevity varies depending on the fragrance, your skin chemistry and the environment.

Are your products made in Australia?

Yes. Royal Botanique products are proudly made in Australia using carefully selected ingredients and high manufacturing standards.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. Our products are vegan friendly, cruelty free and non-GMO. Royal Botanique does not test its finished products on animals.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin is different.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Do your Parfum Oils contain alcohol?

No. Our Parfum Oils do not contain alcohol or ethanol. They are highly concentrated and are not diluted with alcohol like traditional perfume.

How should I store my products?

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Always replace the lid securely after use to help preserve the fragrance and product quality. As many of our products are packaged in glass bottles, handle them carefully.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details by email.

Do you offer free shipping?

For a limited time, we offer complimentary standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. This offer may be changed or withdrawn in the future because our glass packaging requires careful, secure shipping and freight costs are significant.

Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used fragrance and body care products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I layer your products?

Absolutely.

For the complete Royal Botanique fragrance-layering ritual, begin with the matching Hand & Body Wash to cleanse and lightly scent the skin. Follow with the matching Hand & Body Lotion to moisturise and build the fragrance. Once the lotion has absorbed, apply a small amount of the matching Parfum Oil to pulse points such as the wrists and neck. This three-step wash, lotion and Parfum Oil process creates a richer, more complete and longer-lasting fragrance experience.

Do you use genuine designer fragrances?

No.

Royal Botanique offers independently manufactured Parfum Oils inspired by well-known fragrance profiles.

Our products are presented under the Royal Botanique brand and are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed or approved by any designer fragrance house.

Can Parfum Oils stain clothing?

Parfum Oils are highly concentrated.

Apply carefully and allow the oil to absorb fully before dressing or allowing it to come into contact with clothing, jewellery, leather or delicate surfaces. Concentrated oils may stain clothing or absorbent materials.
