Change-of-Mind Returns

We kindly ask our customers to select their products carefully, as we do not accept change-of-mind returns on fragrance oils, liquid soaps or lotions. Due to the personal nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, select the incorrect fragrance or decide that the scent is not suitable for you.

We encourage you to review the product description, fragrance notes and ingredients carefully before placing your order. If a product description is unclear or you would like further information before purchasing, please contact our team. We will be happy to answer your questions and help you select the most suitable product.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or is not as described, please contact us at info@royalbotanique.com ASAP so we can assist you.
